Javidence Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

Effective 2 November 2026

Right-Sizing Consultancy Pte. Ltd. (RSC) offers an SGD500 referral thank-you for an eligible introduction that results in a completed and fully paid sale of the Javidence platform. Eligible referrers may be located in Singapore or another country. The programme is limited to the first 300 eligible successful referrals accepted by RSC.

Programme terms

  1. Register before the introduction; 30-day introduction deadline. The referrer must complete RSC's referral registration form and identify each proposed organisation before making an introduction. RSC will confirm whether each organisation is available for referral. A referral is not registered until RSC confirms acceptance in writing. The referrer must then complete the direct introduction required by clause 3 within 30 calendar days after RSC's written acceptance. If the introduction is not completed within that period, RSC's acceptance expires automatically, the organisation becomes available again, and no reward entitlement remains.
  2. New opportunity required. The proposed organisation must not already be in an active RSC sales or consulting engagement, an active RSC opportunity, or a previously accepted referral. RSC's records determine whether an opportunity is new.
  3. Direct introduction required. After acceptance, the referrer must connect RSC directly with an authorised contact at the proposed organisation so that RSC and the contact can communicate directly. Sharing a name or contact details without making that connection does not qualify.
  4. Qualifying purchase; 12-month conversion window. The referred organisation must execute a direct agreement to purchase the Javidence platform within 12 months after the direct introduction required by clause 3 is made. If no such agreement is executed within that period, a later purchase does not qualify unless RSC agreed to extend the conversion window in writing before it expired. An assessment, consultancy engagement or other professional service without a Javidence platform purchase does not qualify.
  5. Payment condition. The SGD500 reward becomes payable only after RSC receives the referred customer's full, cleared and non-refundable payment for the Javidence platform. RSC will normally arrange payment within 30 days after this condition is satisfied.
  6. One reward per customer; no exclusive prospect rights. Only one reward is payable for each referred legal entity, to the first eligible referrer whose registration RSC accepted and who satisfies all applicable deadlines and conditions. A referrer may register more than one organisation. Acceptance does not appoint the referrer exclusively and does not restrict RSC from conducting its own sales, marketing or business-development activities. No reward is due where the applicable registration or conversion window has expired or the other eligibility conditions are not met.
  7. Transparency. Subject to confidentiality, privacy obligations and any customer restrictions, RSC will tell the referrer whether the referral resulted in a qualifying Javidence purchase. RSC will not disclose contract value, customer data or other confidential information.
  8. Payment method and international availability. RSC may pay an eligible referrer in Singapore by PayNow or bank transfer. RSC may pay an eligible referrer outside Singapore by international bank transfer or another regulated payment service agreed in writing. Payment is subject to the receiving country, currency and bank being supported and to applicable law, sanctions, compliance checks and banking restrictions. An individual must provide accurate beneficiary and bank details. A business referrer must also provide a valid invoice and any payment or tax information reasonably required by RSC.
  9. Currency conversion and transfer charges. The reward is fixed at SGD500. When payment is made in another currency, RSC or its payment provider will convert SGD500 using the provider's quoted exchange rate at the time RSC confirms the transfer. Before sending the payment, RSC will tell the referrer the payment currency and the estimated amount to be credited. RSC will bear its own outbound transfer fee. The referrer is responsible for any fee charged by an intermediary or receiving bank and for any additional conversion performed by the receiving bank; these amounts may reduce the amount ultimately credited.
  10. International payment process. The referrer must confirm the receiving country, account currency and accurate beneficiary and banking information. RSC will normally use a bank or regulated payment provider that can convert SGD500 before sending the payment and deposit the converted local currency into the referrer's account. The estimated amount is not a guarantee against deductions made independently by an intermediary or receiving bank.
  11. Indirect taxes and invoicing. For a Singapore GST-registered business, SGD500 is inclusive of any applicable GST and a valid tax invoice is required. For a referrer outside Singapore, SGD500 is also inclusive of any VAT, GST, sales tax or similar indirect tax that may apply to the referral.
  12. Tax responsibility and required deductions. Referral income may be taxable. The referrer is responsible for declaring the payment and meeting any tax or reporting obligations that apply to them.
  13. Employer and professional approval. The referrer must be permitted to make the introduction and receive the reward under their employment terms, employer policies, professional rules and applicable law. RSC may require written evidence of approval.
  14. Excluded recipients and self-referrals. A referrer may not refer the referrer's own employer or any parent, subsidiary or affiliate of that employer. A referrer also may not refer an organisation where the referrer or an immediate family member evaluates, recommends, approves, procures or pays for Javidence, or otherwise holds a material decision-making role concerning the purchase. For these terms, immediate family includes a spouse or domestic partner, parent, child and sibling. No reward will be paid to a public official; an Oracle employee or contractor; an employee, contractor or representative of an Oracle PartnerNetwork member where making or receiving the referral would breach employer policies, contractual or professional duties, or applicable law; or any person whose receipt could influence or appear to influence a business decision improperly.
  15. Consent, privacy and source disclosure. Before submitting any personal or business contact information, the referrer must tell the contact that the information will be provided to RSC for this referral programme, obtain the contact's permission for that disclosure and for RSC to contact them about Javidence, and retain reasonable evidence of that permission. RSC may require the evidence and may tell the referred contact the identity of the referrer and the information supplied about the referral. The referrer must not share confidential inventory, contracts, Oracle correspondence, unnecessary personal data or other protected information.
  16. Responsible communication. Referrers must not make misleading statements, promise savings or compliance outcomes, present themselves as RSC agents, or send unsolicited, bulk or other commercial messages contrary to applicable privacy, direct-marketing or anti-spam rules.
  17. Referrer indemnity. To the extent permitted by law, the referrer must indemnify and hold harmless RSC and its directors, officers and employees against third-party claims, losses, reasonable legal costs and any penalties legally recoverable from the referrer, to the extent arising directly from the referrer's breach of clauses 13 to 16, including a failure to obtain required permission or the sending of unauthorised messages. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim or loss was caused by RSC's breach of these terms, negligence or wilful misconduct, and it does not reduce RSC's own obligations under applicable law.
  18. No agency. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or authority to bind RSC.
  19. Programme limit and changes. The programme ends when 300 rewards have become payable or when RSC withdraws it. RSC may reject a referral that creates a legal, ethical, conflict or reputational concern. Changes will not remove a reward already earned under an accepted referral.
  20. Governing law. These terms are governed by Singapore law. RSC's decision on programme eligibility is final, subject to applicable law.
